Greene Climacteric Scale
Twenty-one questions about the past week, about three minutes, free. Your scores are shown straight away and saved to a Perimeno account so you can bring them to your doctor and see how they change over time.
The Greene Climacteric Scale is a standardised self-assessment questionnaire developed by J. G. Greene (1998) and widely used in research and clinical practice to describe symptoms experienced around the menopause transition. It records what you report across four areas — psychological, physical, vasomotor and sexual — and gives a score for each. It describes symptoms; it does not diagnose anything.
